I highly recommend Happy Tails Travel for pet air travel across the US. So many thanks to Samantha and Happy Tails for a safe, cross- country air travel for Chili. Our two year old grand puppy suffers from megaesophagus. After much anxiety, my decision to go with Happy Tails was the best one yet. Chili has a deformed esophagus requiring special medical care. Samantha was there to customize those needs. She provided professional expertise, was an excellent communicator (even on her days off) and helpful throughout the She made sure Chili had a direct flight and helped us with all the paperwork needed to fly in cargo. She took care of a miscommunication we had with Chili's vet regarding the health certificate. It is hard to find service consultants who are as dedicated as Samantha. Thank you to Happy Tails for the safe journey for our grand pup.
Allie had a long but successful day. She was very happy to see our mother when we picked her up. Ruth got her dropped off without any issues and we had the same picking her up at SLC. The picture is when we got her to mom's new nursing home and mom was able to get her out of the crate for the first time. You can see the staff behind mom, all very excited to see their new 4 legged resident. She's now getting used to being the talk of the home and getting lots of attention by both residents and staff. Lizzie at Happy Tails was an awesome partner throughout this whole process. She was constantly reaching out to help me stay on track, answering all my questions (and I asked a lot of them) and making me feel comfortable that Pepper was going to be okay as we both moved across the country. I had to move without my dog, and she helped coordinate getting her from my parents' home to me in Seattle, thousands of miles away. She called the vet to make sure all the paperwork was set, and sent reminders as the day approached. It was more affordable than the other services out there too! She was on top of everything and kept me sane. Thanks so much to Lizzie and Happy Tails for getting Pepper to our new home safely!

From organizing the flight to providing emotional support to worried dog parents, Happy Tails was the best for helping us relocate little Paloma. We needed a last minute flight change and they were more than willing to adjust to fit our wishes. Paloma got to the East Coast happy, healthy and hungry! I recently moved across the country, from Washington to New York City. It was a tremendous undertaking, let alone with my cat, Nala, so I was unsure how to best take her with me. I contacted Happy Tails Travel Inc and they helped me the whole way through. Kim was amazing to work with, keeping me updated with their research for travel, letting me know what I needed beforehand to avoid issues with the airport, getting me convenient drop-off options, and coordinating the final pet taxi when the plane landed. Nala is adjusting to her new home well. I would definitely recommend Happy Tails to anyone looking for an easy way to move their pets!
Can't thank Kim enough for ensuring a seamless cross country relocation from New Jersey to Arizona for our 11 year old Yorkies, Buddy and Boo. Despite all the impact of covid as well as weather for airline travel, Our pups experience (as well as ours) was completely stress-free. She and her team were in constant communication with us throughout the planning process, travel day, and even afterwards to make sure they were settled into our new home. Thank you for everything.
Moving two cats across the country was a little nerve wracking, but the team at Happy Tails Travel are pros and expertly guided us every step of the way. A big Thank you to Kim who's attention to detail and obvious care for our pets was much appreciated. Our four cats just completed a 2500 mile journey from California to New Jersey. What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was instead a complete "white glove" experience and the cats were impeccably taken care of. They are happy, healthy and settling in, if a little confused about who stole California! Aulin's trip went really well! We were so happy (and relieved) to see him in good spirits when he was dropped off on Saturday. Jonathan was great at checking in with us and sharing pictures while Aulin was boarding with him and his family-- definitely appreciated the updates! Our little dude has already made his way to quite a few dog parks within the city and is slowly becoming friends with other dogs in the neighborhood. Thanks for an excellent job, Elaine! I thought it will be impossible to get our puppy from the mainland U.S. to PR., especially with the summer temperatures. However, after long traveling hours, Kylo arrived happy and in good shape. Thank you again, Elaine, for your patience, perseverance, and excellent work. I am very happy with service I received from Bridget and her staff. I have had my Cane Corso since he was 8 weeks old. I recently moved to Ft Lauderdale FL from Cleveland, OH. My dog was in great shape and well cared for when I picked him up from the airport. The staff Delta Cargo were excellent. Happy Tails Travel is THE way to move your pet! We chose By Ground Safe & Sound for transport of a cat I fostered in Florida to our home in Pennsylvania. Everything was smooth and easy from beginning to end. Kim at Happy Tails contacted me within a few hours of my website inquiry; patiently answered questions; quickly issued a clear contract; and accepted copies of the cat's medical records and health certificate by email. Driver vehicle was fully prepped for safe and comfortable animal transport, and she provided updates by text (including kitty snapshots) along the journey. It is hard to overstate how pleased I am with this service!
We have three cats, two of which are high anxiety. Escorting them across the country (from Oklahoma to Oregon) was going to be a challenge no matter how it was done; however, Happy Tails Travel Inc. made it look easy! They kept us in constant contact with regular updates and even worked to arrive early to minimize travel time for our pets. I'd highly recommend them for anyone, but particularly for people moving out-of-state with pets who can't fly.

I can't recommend Happy Tails Travel enough! From the moment Marko picked up Tru, I knew she was in great hands. Throughout the trip, Marko was so caring and thoughtful, keeping her busy along the long drive with toys, treats and potty breaks. I also received entertaining photos, updates and location details multiple times a day - giving me total peace of mind. Tru arrived happy at our new home - which says it all! We had an excellent experience with Happy Tails Travel! I submitted online for a quote and received one very quickly. I didn't have a lot of notice for travel dates, and not a lot of flexibility, and they were still able to accommodate me. We were paired with a driver, and she was friendly and communicative, and showed up exactly on time. I received pictures and texts throughout the trip and truly felt my dogs were in good hands. I absolutely felt like the service I received was worth what I paid. We will definitely use Happy Tails again!
The boys are settling in well! Varian of course acts like he's been here his whole life. Anduin occasionally decides he's had enough of a new place and sleeps under the covers, but for the most part he's his normal self. He's not skittish or spooked at all. All in all I would call the journey a success! Thank you so much for all you and Monte did to get the boys safely from San Diego to Seattle. Just like their previous two cross- country trips, the whole process was smooth and professional -- and it makes such a difference knowing that the boys are with someone who really cares for them. I could not be happier with my experience with Happy Tails Travel! I was nervous about moving my Golden Retriever but Kim and McKenna made the trip so much easier. Kim was very responsive and attentive, making sure to answer all my questions and give me an exact play-by-play of what to It made the stress a lot easier to manage. McKenna drove my Benjamin from CA to NV, originally meant to be around an 8 hour drive but ran into some weather trouble due to snow and closed roads. She kept me updated every step of the way with pictures and was ready to stay the night somewhere with Benjamin to be safe. She was able to bring him home to me the same day which turned into a 12 hour trip! She was an absolute rockstar and I could not be more grateful. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking to move their pets.

After a long travel from Germany to Utah, Odin and Vé are happy and were well taken care of. Kim and David were both quick to respond and very helpful anytime I had a question.
